Retreat 2026
We are excited to announce our 2026 members retreat!! We are bringing you a retreat of 3 days uninterrupted sewing time.
Key information
- 2nd-4th October
- Access to the sewing room from 10am on Friday 2nd October (you cannot check into your rooms until 2pm)
- Sewing days run from Friday - Sunday 10am-4pm (you can access this from 8am to 7pm, however the committee will only be on hand at between 10am-4pm)
- On Sunday room check out is 11am and the sewing room closes at 4pm
- Wifi is available
Format
The weekend will be an open format where everyone brings their own projects. So anyone can attend at ANY skill level from total beginner, keen quilter to an advanced patchwork. The room will be set up with a dedicated sewing space each, irons and ironing boards. You just need to bring the projects you want to work on, your sewing machine, kit and away you go.
Location
The retreat will be held at the lovely Sedgebrook Hall located in the beautiful village of Chapel Brampton in Northampton. The hotel also has a pool, jacuzzi, spa and gym which are free for use during the retreat. For those wanting a bit of pampering time there is also an onsite beauty salon. The location has beautiful grounds to relax and enjoy some outdoor space.
What's included
- Single occupancy accommodation in a double bedroom with en-suite for Friday and Saturday night
- There is lots of food included, with 2 x breakfast buffets (Sat/Sun), 3 x 2 course hot lunches (Fri/Sat/Sun) and 2 x 3 course A La Carte dinners (Fri/Sat)
- There is also tea and coffees available throughout the day and a nice bar area to chill in the evenings.
- Use of pool, spa and gym throughout our stay
Price
- The cost of the retreat is £400.
- We are offering a one off payment or a payment plan for attendees (as always if you want a different payment plan drop us an email and we will sort this for you).
